ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Hapygo complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We’re using the most advantageous SSL Encryption technology to secure checkout via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard & American Express).

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Expedited shipping means that your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

Attention: Time to receive goods = Production Time + Delivery Time

Production Time: 1 – 2 business days. Each of my products is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

Shipping Time and Fee Shipping:

  • The shipping cost is $6.99
  • It takes 2 – 4 business days to be successfully delivered.

At the moment, we provide standard shipping and handling (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico), and our shipping cannot be delivered to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 3-6 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout.

Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!

ABOUT LATE DELIVERY

While we strive to ensure all orders are shipped on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Some common reasons for late delivery include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Missing details such as apartment number, building, floor, or unit

  • Severe weather disruptions

  • Delays during international customs clearance
